Anthony Drysdale
Director and Licencee in Charge

Anthony has been Principal of Drysdales since 1989. He specialises in the sale of property in the Moss Vale/Exeter area. Having been involved in over 900 sales transactions, he has a wealth of sales experience and knows what is required to achieve good outcomes for all parties. The fact that over 80% of his clients come from repeat/referral business is evidence of this. Having also built up a very high quality rental property portfolio, he is keenly aware of how to maximise returns and minimise problems for his investor clients. Anthony is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and Stock & Station Agent. He is also a registered valuer for residential property and holds university degrees in Commerce and Law.

Douglas Drysdale
Director

Before joining Drysdales, Doug worked as a solicitor in Sydney and overseas for 12 years. After becoming a partner of a Sydney law firm he decided that it was time for a change and so in 2002 Doug moved to the Highlands with his family and joined Anthony at Drysdales. Among other things, Doug has been responsible for building the land marketing business of Drysdales and it is now the market leader in the sale and marketing of residential and rural subdivisions. Doug is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and has served as Vice President and Treasurer of the Moss Vale Chamber of Commerce. He is currently a director and member of the Board of Harbison Care, a retirement village and nursing home with facilities in Burradoo and Moss Vale.

Sue White
Licensed Real Estate Agent

Sue is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and has listed and sold properties in the Southern Highlands and Macarthur areas for over 30 years. With a wealth of experience and a delightful personality she is quickly able to build a strong rapport with people and knows what is required to bring sellers and buyers together and achieve a happy outcome! Sue has achieved excellent results for her clients and over the past 15 years has become one of the top salespeople in Moss Vale.

Melissa Hall
Sales Associate

Melissa joined Drysdales in 2013 having previously worked for a busy medical company in Sydney and Bowral, giving her many years of office experience. Melissa is our Sales Associate and is responsible for all of the back office work that goes on behind the scenes, that is necessary for the professional and efficient operation of the sales department.

Natalie Rice
Property Manager

Natalie has lived in the Southern Highlands all of her life. She has been working in Property Management for the past 20 years and has joined our Property Management Team. Natalie is a licensed Real Estate Agent, Auctioneer, and Stock and Station Agent. She also holds a Diploma in Business Management. Natalie has exceptional people skills. Natalie’s main priority is to ensure that her investor clients receive professional property management services. She is hard working and committed to providing the very best service possible.

Marian Tiebosch
Property Manager

Marian has played the important role as our Receptionist since 2013 and has now completed her Traineeship of Certificate 3 in Property Services. Marian now joins the property management department as a Property Officer. She is excited to be developing her career in the real estate industry and has embraced the tasks and challenges faced in the day to day operations of the department.
